Part-time deputies are generally not content to play a passive role in life. Instead, they continue to devote more and more of their time and talents to Fulton County. They “get involved” for the betterment of their community, because part-time deputies are effective spokespersons in their neighborhoods for the support of law enforcement. There are many volunteer groups for you to get involved with, but few can provide you the kind of rewards, excitement, and changing work environment that this does. You will have a chance to make a direct impact on our community, change a life, and save a life. There is absolutely no better reward than that. If you are on the fence and would like to see us in action to help make your decision, please let us know and will arrange for you to experience the ride of your life.
All of our deputies are law enforcement certified or detention officer certified by the State of Georgia. The benefit of our program is that we host night time and weekend academies to allow you to complete the course work. Our Deputies are also allowed to work part time extra jobs for compensation.
